In order to do so, you have to exit and close your current Internet page to change the browser you are currently using. Once done, you have to use a new Internet browser and re-enter your access code into the online testing platform log in page. You will then be asked to provide a reason why you were disconnected. You can write that you have changed your Internet browser.
