When you Internet browser is identified as "non-compliant", it means that you will not be able to use it to complete your online assessment.
In order to complete your online assessment, you can switch from one Internet browser to another. For example, if you used Internet Explorer to access the online testing platform, please close this Internet page and open a new one by using a different Internet browser (such as: Mozilla Firefox; Google Chrome; Safari; etc.).
Once done, you have to re-enter your access code into the online testing platform log in page.
